Client Application Process


Start your clients application process to join the managed trading service here.


Step 1:

Submit your clients details via the application form below

Please remember to add your Partner ID to the form below so your client can be assigned to your partner account. Failure to do so may result in a delay of the client being allocated to your partner account and therefore delay any commission payments owed to you.


 Step 2:

Once you have submitted your clients details to us, we will contact your client and take them through the application process. This involves the following steps:

– Setting up the client with a broker account with our partner brokers

– Completing the suitability questionnaire

– Informing the client whether their application has been successful

– For clients who are successful, informing them how to make a deposit

To keep you informed of your clients application progress you will be copied into all correspondence between us and your client so you have full records of where your client gets to in the process.

In addition to this, you will also receive a monthly Partner Account Statement which will identify each of your clients and their progress through the application process. Within your Partner Account Statement you will also find details of all performance fees and rebate fees earned for the clients you submit. This statement will be emailed to you at the beginning of each calendar month.
